The Bruery

Series of watercolor and ink diagrams of The Bruery’s seasonal beers, highlighting the specific hops, grains, yeast strains, and specialty flavorings used in their award-winning beers. Also produced limited edition poster depicting the collaboration beer, “Faster, Bigger, Better, Bolder,” between Dogfish Head and The Bruery.

This Southern California craft brewery often features a rotating selection of Alyson’s beer illustrations on their home page. The Bruery was her very first commission; they are obviously very awesome.
